  (AS/400) Operations System Maintenance - OS/400 Upgrade Service 
Upgrading OS/400 can be a high-risk task, especially today with the number 
  of un-supported products at V5Rx. At V5Rx IBM have dropped support for over 
  28 hardware and 38 software products including support for the FSIOP / IPCS 
  / INS and AS/400 sharing the same LAN card. There are performance implications 
  for a number of other hardware products too.  
ATS's upgrade service is all about risk reduction. The service starts with 
  a detailed questionnaire that provides us with all the information we need to 
  plan your upgrade effectively. We assume nothing; we review hardware, software 
  and the customisation of IBM objects. Anything you don't know we find out as 
  part of our on-site review. Any issues or problems revealed during this process 
  are discussed with you at the earliest opportunity. On completion of our research 
  and validation process we then plan your upgrade taking into account your specific 
  system set-up and customisation. The upgrade takes place at your convenience 
  and includes full pre and post-upgrade backups. After we have completed the 
  upgrade we complete testing of all critical system functions, we also provide
