This QA authored 4-day course takes learners on a journey through device management using Intune. The course is a mixture of instructor lead training and hands on exercises when learners configure Microsoft Endpoint and enrol and manage Apple, Microsoft and Android devices. |

Important - This course has MFA Requirements. Please read this link and download the MFA app, prior to attending. The course touches a number of technology areas including Active Directory, Cloud Services (SaaS), Windows, mobile device OSes, Application deployment, networking and Public Key Infrastructure. The course requires attendees to be technically competent with either Windows 10, Windows 11 or Windows Server 2016 and whereas the course does not require any detailed technical requirements it would be an advantage to have skills is some or all of those areas listed above. Important: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirements: For security purposes Microsoft might require MFA for access to the Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 tenants used for this course. As such, you may need to have a mobile device available upon which you will set up the free of charge Microsoft Mobile phone authenticator App which can be downloaded here with details on how to sign in here |
